Pine Creek

This 700-acre project surrounds the Pine Creek Golf Course and has about 1500 homes. Pine Creek is a popular golf course community and was a very successful project in the late 90s and early 2000s. Development of Pine Creek was enhanced with incorporation of historical architectural styles and design guidelines.
